Selling Policy We accept Visa and MasterCard. We will also ship with check in advance. See policy statement below for open account/purchase orders.
Purchase Orders We accept purchase orders from any company that has previously been approved for a Cherry Picker Parts line-of-credit and whose account is currently in good standing.
Bids & Contracts We welcome the opportunity to bid on any product that we sell. If you e-mail the specs, we will promptly return the bid.
Returns & Refund Policy We will refund the entire purchase price for unused regularly-stocked parts for any reason. Simply pack the item up and mail or ship it back to us within 30 days. A copy of your invoice is required so that we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid us (i.e.: credit card or check).
Special ordered parts returned within 15 days and in new condition will be accepted and a 15% handling charge will be assessed: However, parts nonreturnable to the factory are nonreturnable to us and will not be accepted for refund. All electrical parts are nonreturnable.
You are responsible for the freight charges both to you and back to us. However, all freight charges will be credited if the mistake was ours.
If you are interested in a contract of supply, we can offer the following: Guaranteed same day shipping, a stock position equal to the contracted amount, consigned inventory at your site.
